BeCourageous Leadership (BCL) needed a brand identity that communicated confidence, guidance, and innovation visually. My concept for the logo revolved around making "Be" a bold and empowering statement, framed by the "C" and "L" to reinforce structure and leadership subtly. I chose a professional yet modern color palette, with blue (#2D8DCC) for trust and stability and gray (#7F7F7F) for balance and sophistication. The typography combined Comfortaa for "Be" and Shree Devanagari 714 for the full name, ensuring a unique yet professional identity.

Beyond the logo, BCL needed a cohesive brand identity and an engaging website to showcase its services and leadership insights. I extended the visual direction from the logo into a full-fledged brand system, integrating a bold, future-focused color palette and modern typography to ensure consistency across all platforms. We designed the website aesthetically striking and functionally seamless, using a clean, structured layout to enhance clarity and accessibility.

The Challenge

BCL operates in the complex world of future-forward work and learning strategies, helping organizations confidently navigate change. The challenge was to create a brand and website that embodied their expertise, authority, and ability to lead in uncertain environments. The design needed to feel trustworthy and forward-thinking, striking the right balance between professional and inspiring.

The Solution

To achieve this, I developed a brand identity that visually reinforced BCL’s mission—encouraging boldness, leadership, and clarity in a shifting business landscape. The logo’s structure made "Be" the focal point, turning it into an actionable statement of empowerment. The color palette was carefully curated to evoke trust (blue), creativity (purple), energy (orange), and warmth (pink), making the brand feel dynamic yet professional. For the website, I ensured intuitive navigation, clean typography (Raleway for headings, Open Sans for body text), and a layout optimized for readability and engagement. The design guided users effortlessly through BCL’s services and insights, reinforcing their credibility and expertise.

The Result

The response to BCL’s branding and website has been overwhelmingly positive. Clients and visitors resonate with the bold yet approachable visual identity, and the website has successfully positioned BCL as a trusted authority in their field. Like BCL's daily work, the brand feels authentic, inspiring, and future-ready.
